We welcome everyone, and have created a warm, welcoming, tolerant, atmosphere where people may drop in on weekdays at any time between 9am and 4pm to meet others, receive support, information, advice, attend or run a group, hold an event, discuss a problem, or to chat over a drink and a wholesome meal.
